1/12 Scale Miniature Ceramic Reproductions
All Demi-Tasse pottery and porcelain is made entirely by my hand. Most pieces are cast in molds made from models that I have carved, thrown on the potter’s wheel, or turned on my table top lathe. Decorating is done with combinations of underglazes, glazes, and overglazes then fired appropriately.
It is most important to me to convey the true spirit of original pieces that I replicate in condensed versions. By understanding how the antique pieces were made and utilizing attention to details of form, color, and surface texture, it is my hope to make miniatures that are instantly recognizable to collectors who have knowledge of and appreciation for fine ceramics of various periods and decorative styles.
